PIKEVILLE, Ky. – The first company to begin construction at the Kentucky Enterprise Industrial Park in Pikeville is now making preparations to move into the new facility. A little more than a year ago, construction began for the more than 60,000 square foot Silverliner facility, which will manufacture tanker trucks of various sizes. And, despite the struggles facing other proposed facilities at the industrial park, Silverliner CEO Chris Tomlinson says they should be moved in by Spring.
