Southern holding auditions for ‘Cuckoo’s Nest’

LOGAN, W.Va. — A local college will be holding auditions this weekend for an upcoming performance of “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.”

Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College will hold auditions from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 21, and from noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22. Actors only need to attend one set of auditions.

Those auditioning can completely skip filling out the audition form by filling it out online at https://tinyurl.com/Sp2022Show. A Microsoft account is needed to access the early form.

After the audition form is out of the way, those auditioning will be given several scenes based on their gender, size, and age. You will be given time to read over the scenes to become familiar with the lines.

No experience is necessary to audition.
