Martin, KY. — During routine patrol, Martin City Police noticed a suspicious vehicle parked beside Martin Stage and upon investigation, Officer Brad Stidham noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Searching the vehicle, the officer found a large amount of cash and 100 THC cartridges with an estimated street value of nearly $5,000. 25-year-old Jamie Tyler Conley of Garrett was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana and lodged in the Floyd County Jail. The Floyd County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the arrest.
