The Khirbet el-Maqatir Biblical artifact exhibit in Pikeville has been a popular attraction for the city, but organizers say the exhibit will conclude next month. Those same organizers say, however, that this is not the last we’ll hear about Biblical artifacts in Pikeville, as plans for an unofficial second phase of the exhibit are in the making.
This weekend at the University of Pikeville, some of those plans will be revealed as part of a symposium set to take place on-campus this Saturday.
The symposium will be Saturday at Booth Auditorium from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door. The Khirbet el-Maqatir Biblical artifact exhibit will continue into November.
