PIKEVILLE, Ky. –  This week, we have taken a closer look at the methamphetamine epidemic taking its toll on our region. Police agencies are being affected all across eastern Kentucky, both in the dangers that meth brings to the officers and in the amount of time it keeps the officers off the road.  Shannon Deskins brings us part two of her report.
