Johnson County, KY — The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office along with Kentucky State Police, arrested two individuals Sunday afternoon. Arrested were 38-year-old Gary Fraley and 38-year-old Brian Napier, both from Thealka community. Fraley had four outstanding warrants, two of which were indictment warrants. Napier had one outstanding warrant and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
