Salyersville, Ky.–It happened at a College Street residence in early this morning when officers responded to a call of a possible domestic dispute.
While at the apartment investigating the incident, officers found no evidence of a domestic dispute, however, they did find evidence of drug use.
A syringe was found sitting beside a child and a substance believed to be meth was also found during the search.
45-year old Hager Rowe and 32-year old Jessica Mullins, both of Salyersville were arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, 2-counts of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
The child was turned over to Child Protective Services.
