PIKEVILLE, Ky. – The Big Blue Caravan made a stop in Pikeville on Friday at noon. But, UK’s Athletics Director, Mitch Barnhart arrived a little early to address business leaders at a SOAR Leadership breakfast meeting. EKB News reporter Shannon Deskins was there and brings us this report.
