ABINGDON, Va. — A Wise County man pleaded guilty Monday morning to federal drug charges.
James Thomas Green, 40, of Wise, entered a guilty plea to conspiracy and possession with the intent to distribute more than 500 grams of meth.

He also bought a quarter-pound of the drug from another supplier in late December or early January.
The plea agreement notes he distributed between 10 and 30 pounds of meth.
With the plea, Green between 10 years and life in prison when he is sentenced Sept. 20.
