Lawrence County, KY — A Lawrence County woman was arrested after she was found passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 31-year-old Lacy Crothers of Blaine, Ky. after her vehicle was found in the middle of Cain’s Creek road. Deputies report that Crothers was passed out behind the wheel with two young children laying in the floorboard. Crothers was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, possession of meth and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
