The Appalachian Center for the Arts off 2nd Street in Downtown Pikeville will be hosting its first-ever Pickin’ and Grinnin’ session. Organizer and long-time Bluegrass Musician Kevin Prater says that anyone is welcome to join since the event will be free. This event will start at 7:00 PM and is open to all ages and skill levels. Prater also says “Bring your instrument, bring a friend, bring a smile and a good time.”
