On Monday, a crowd gathered in Prestonsburg for the ribbon cutting for Pikeville Medical Center’s new Primary and Urgent Care Clinic.  Lunch was provided and tours were given to show the community what the new center will offer.  PMC officials say the new primary and urgent care clinic was a win-win for both PMC and the city of Prestonsburg.
