PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A Floyd County grand jury has indicted three people for murder and kidnapping in the case of a Pikeville man who was reported missing in June.
Enos Little, 47, of Lexington; Krystle Williams, 33, of Pikeville; and Eric DeLeon, 33, of Nicholasville, are each charged with one count of murder and one count of kidnapping. Williams and DeLeon are also charged with tampering with physical evidence.
The indictment alleges the three restrained Wesley Hook, resulting in his death. Police have previously said they believe Hook was killed at the Alpike Motel.
Hook’s remains were later found inside a burned car at Robinson Creek, in Pike County.
All three are set to be arraigned Dec. 3.
