
SALYERSVILLE, Ky. — Magoffin County deputies went to a home early Monday morning to serve a search warrant. By the end of the raid, seven people were taken to jail, including two on drug trafficking charges.
The raid took place just after midnight at a home on Old Lick Creek Road. Deputies reported finding meth, heroin, scales, bags and other items.
Jerry Combs, 46, and Michael Compton, 39, were each arrested and charged meth trafficking. Combs was also charged with heroin trafficking.
Five other people were arrested on charges of possession of drugs or drug paraphernalia.
