PIKEVILLE, Ky. — While investigating a suspicious person call, a suspect fled from police and got stuck in the Pikeville Cut-Thru. That led to a team effort between Pikeville police and fire departments to rescue the man. Mountain Top News Director Ralph B. Davis has the story.
