Wednesday’s arrest of 51 year old Anthony “Tony” Baker, accused of providing drugs and alcohol to minors at parties he hosted, was applauded by many parents who had reached out to police with concerns.  However, Pikeville Police Chief Chris Edmonds says their investigation into Baker’s activities actually began after he was recently implicated in a human trafficking investigation.
