PAINTSVILLE, Ky. — A Johnson County man is dead, following an accident while cliff jumping at Paintsville Lake.
Johnson County Coroner J.R. Frisby confirmed to Mountain Top News that Kyle Webb, 23, of Thelma, died at the lake on Sunday.
Webb had reportedly been cliff diving into the water Sunday afternoon when the accident occurred. His body was located just before 9 Sunday night.
At this time, the cause of death is still being investigated. Webb’s body has been taken to Frankfort for autopsy.
