ELKHORN CITY, Ky. — Elkhorn City is getting ready to celebrate the Christmas season with a parade tonight.

All organizations, businesses, clubs and bands are allowed to participate, and golf carts, side-by-sides, hot rods, classic cars and bikes are welcome. There will be a prize for the best decorated float.

The parade will take place at 6 p.m. Lineup will be at the ballpark, beginning at 5 p.m. And Santa Claus will meet children at the caboose following the parade.
