PIKEVILLE, Ky. – The City of Pikeville is still in mourning over the death of Pikeville Police Officer Scotty Hamilton. But, thanks to a new monument, the officer’s legacy of service to his community will not soon be forgotten. EKB News Reporter Shannon Deskins tells us all about it.
