Rockhouse, KY — According to an arrest citation, Kentucky State Police pulled over an ATV travelling at a high rate of speed on the highway in the Rockhouse community of Pike County. The driver, 38-year-old Chasity Hill of Rockhouse showed signs of being under the influence according to the Trooper and she had no operators license. Hill became combative and had to be forced into the backseat of the patrol vehicle. Hill was taken to Pikeville Medical Center for a chemical test and continued to cause a disturbance in the hospital. Hill was charged with DUI, having no license, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and lodged in the Pike County Detention Center.
