Alltech’s Dueling Barrels brewery and distillery is projected to open this summer.

But with Hillbilly Days happening now in Downtown Pikeville, the folks at Dueling Barrels wanted to show off what’s in store for when the brewery and distillery opens up. Danny Branham, the general manager of Dueling Barrels, said the response to the Hillbilly Days moonshine tasting at Dueling Barrels has been very positive.

And Branham, a Pikeville native, said it’s an honor to show off Dueling Barrels during the Hillbilly Days festival, and to team up with those working to make a difference for some deserving kids.

Branham said the projected opening for Dueling Barrels is set for late July.
