PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Police are on the hunt for a Floyd County man suspected of child sexual abuse.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Jimmy D. Frazier, 37, of Galveston, formerly of Phelps. He has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years old.
Police say he is known to use several aliases, including John Frazier, Big John Frazier, and Big John Farrell.

Frazier is also wanted for active felony charges of theft and possession of a forged instrument in Pike County. He was declared a fugitive in that case back in September. In addition, he faces misdemeanor counts of harassment, terroristic threatening and fourth-degree assault, but was declared a fugitive in that in February.
Frazier has had previous trouble with the law. In 2003, he pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property in Pike County. In 1999, he was convicted on Pike County charges of disorderly conduct and prescription in an improper container. He has also been charged in a long list of other cases, mostly for minor offenses, many of which were dismissed.
Anyone with information about Frazier’s whereabouts is asked to contact Kentucky State Police Post 9 at (606) 433-7711.
