The 12th positive case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Floyd County, Kentucky.

According to a release from the Floyd County Health Department, the patient is managing care at home and all who may have come in contact with this patient have been notified.

Health officials say that they are showing more positive cases on their current map, but this is an entry error and cases from other counties. The Floyd County Health Department says that their page has the most current verification regarding Floyd County numbers thanks to those who are offering the tests and reporting numbers on a daily basis.

No other information on the patient has been released.
