A new positive case of COVID-19 has been confirmed on Friday, June 5th by health officials in Pike County, Kentucky.

According to the Pike County Health Department, the patient is a 59 year old male who is symptomatic and currently recovering from home.

This brings the total cases in the county to 35 cases (30 confirmed and 5 probable).

No other information regarding this patient has been released.
