PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County man has been indicted on rape, sodomy and other charges, for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with inmates under his supervision.
Jordan Hall, 38, of Kimper, is charged with five counts of third-degree rape, three counts of third-degree sodomy, and four counts of promoting contraband in an indictment handed down on Thursday.
While working for a food service company with a contract at the Pike County jail, Hall allegedly engaged in sexual activity with three inmates between December and February. He is also accused of smuggling alcohol, pills and marijuana gummies into the jail.
Each of the charges against Hall is a Class D felony, punishable by 1-to-5 years in prison.
