
PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Three men have been indicted in federal court on charges related to meth and heroin trafficking.
Justin Bryant, 37, of Pikeville; John Holbrooks, 52, of Rockhouse; and Jayshawn Robinson, 29, of Pontiac, Mich., were indicted by a federal grand jury Thursday.
All three men are charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin and fentanyl, which normally carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, or up to 30 years if a defendant has a previous felony drug conviction.
In addition, Bryant is charged with distributing fentanyl resulting in death, which carries a penalty of between 20 years and life in prison.
Bryant and Robinson are currently being held in the Pike County Detention Center. An arrest warrant has been issued for Holbrooks.
