PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Knott County man is expected to enter a guilty plea Monday in a federal drug and gun case.
Tony Minor, 45, of Pippa Passes, is charged with possession with the intent to distribute meth and fentanyl, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense, and felon in possession of a firearm.
He has requested a hearing to change his plea in the case, saying he has reached a plea deal with prosecutors. There is no indication of the terms of that agreement.
A judge has set his rearraignment hearing for Monday.
