BIG STONE GAP, Va. — A southwestern Virginia man has signed a plea agreement, admitting to federal drug charges.
Richard McKinney, 37, has been charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute meth and suboxone.
The charges were filed on Wednesday along with a signed plea agreement admitting his guilt.
A judge has scheduled a hearing for Aug. 30 to formalize the plea.
