ELKHORN CITY, Ky. — Foul play is suspected, after police discovered the body of a Pike County man Sunday morning.
Kentucky State Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a home on Marrowbone Creek Road around 8 a.m., Sunday. But when they arrived, they found the body of the homeowner, 60-year-old Timothy Justice.
Justice’s body has been sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause of death, but KSP says foul play is suspected.
