UPDATE, 1:30 p.m., May 23 — Rowe has been found and is safe.

GREASY CREEK, Ky. — Kentucky State Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Pike County teenager.

Raine Rowe, 17, of Greasy Creek, last contacted her father on Sunday.

She is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 130 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
