
CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Deputies arrested a Logan County man last week, as part of an investigation into drug trafficking.
The officers went to the Chapmanville home of Tony Dale Ritchie Jr., 35, armed with a search warrant, after receiving reports of drug dealing at the residence. Inside, they found seven bags of fentanyl, four bags of heroin, seven bags of marijuana and a variety of prescription medications, along with a 9 millimeter pistol.
Ritchie was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a firearm and six counts of possession with intent to deliver, as well as a previous warrant for nine additional counts of possession with intent to deliver. He is being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail under a 100-thousand dollar cash bond.
