PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A trial date has been set for a Pikeville man accused of wire fraud and health care fraud.
Eugene Sisco III, 35, is accused of requiring Medicaid patients to pay $200-to-$300 a month for services at his drug treatment centers in Pike, Floyd and Harlan counties, even though those services were covered by Medicaid. He is alleged to have made more than $3 million from the scheme.
Sisco pleaded not guilty to all charges in a video hearing on Monday.
The judge scheduled his trial to take place beginning Feb. 9. The trial is expected to last for six days.
