SALYERSVILLE, Ky. — A fatal ATV crash is under investigation by Kentucky State Police.

According to police, Joel Watkins, 43, of Salyersville, was riding a Honda ATV on Oakley Road late Saturday night, when he lost control.

The vehicle went off the road and then returned, ejecting Watkins.

Watkins died at the scene.
