REGINA, Ky. — A Salyersville man was arrested after he was found passed out with his car in gear behind a Pike County grocery store.
Kentucky State Police received a call about the man’s vehicle blocking the loading dock at the store along Route 460 at Regina. When officers arrived, they found 33-year-old Robert Miller in the driver’s seat with the car running and in drive.
When Miller came to and saw the officers, he allegedly tried to leave, but the car was against a concrete barrier, preventing it from moving.
He was immediately arrested for DUI, but a search then turned up more than an ounce of meth, along with scales, drug paraphernalia and cash.
Miller was additionally charged with meth trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and numerous traffic violations.
