Friday afternoon, Pike County Deputies were able to arrest a man who had been on the run for two years.  41 year old Jeremy Ratliff was located inside a 10th floor apartment in the Shelby Valley area, but was arrested in a different apartment after jumping from one balcony to the next, trying to avoid capture.  Two other women, Anna Adkins and Angela Little, were also arrested after lying to deputies about Ratliff being inside the apartment.  Deputies say Ratliff was originally wanted on drug charges, but was also charged Friday with resisting arrest.  Adkins and Little were charged with hindering prosecution.
