BEAUTY, Ky. — A Martin County man has been indicted on charges of producing and distributing child pornography.

Donald York, 59, of Beauty, was indicted by a federal grand jury on Thursday. He is accused of coercing a girl into engaging in sexual activity which was recorded on a cell phone in December of 2019. He is also accused of distributing child porn the following month.

York was indicted last year in Martin Circuit Court on charges of rape, possession of child porn and unlawful transaction with a minor. He is scheduled to go on trial in that case later this month.

No hearings have yet been set in the new case.
