As we have been reporting, Mingo Central High School has been battling an outbreak of COVID-19 among staff members.
Earlier this week, principal Marcella Charles-Casto revealed that she is one of them.
Charles-Casto wrote about her experience on her personal Facebook page.
She mentioned that she has been sick and fatigued while working from home, while also worried about the health of her family.
However, she noted yesterday that she has begun feeling much better.
She thanked people for the help she has received during her illness, and says she plans to pay it forward when she is fully healed.
