Magoffin County, KY — The missing toddler in Magoffin County, 22-month-old Kenneth Howard has been found alive! According to the Magoffin County Sheriff’s Office, Captain Carter Conley of the Magoffin County Rescue Squad reports the child was attended to by medics for dehydration but is in remarkably good condition. The lead investigating agency in this case, Kentucky State Police, Post 9 Pikeville says the child was taken to a hospital by EMS for examination and any treatment if needed. KSP says the case remains under investigation and further details will be released as they become available. Volunteers from Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio participated in the search effort.
