Kentucky State Police is investigating a shooting that happened Monday morning, sending a Pike County man to the hospital.  Trooper William Petry told EKB News his agency responded to a residence nearly five miles up Raccoon Creek Road late Monday morning after someone called 9-1-1, reporting a man lying near the roadway.  57 year old James Justice was admitted to Pikeville Medical Center, where he remains.  No arrests have been made.
