PIKEVILLE, Ky. — While this week is a time set aside to be thankful, gratitude was not on display at today’s Pike County Fiscal Court meeting. Soaring property tax bills brought out angry residents, looking for answers. But officials were quick to respond, if taxpayers are looking for someone to blame, they need to turn their eyes toward Frankfort. EKB’s Shelby Porter has the story.
