Pikeville Police were called to the store just before 4:30 Wednesday afternoon. The woman said a man exposed himself, then left the store in a white pickup truck a short time later.

Around the same time, police were called to a report of men fighting in the parking lot of the nearby Lowe’s store.

At Lowe’s, police found Chad Hopkins, 48, of Shelbiana, sitting in a white pickup truck, saying he had just been in a fight with two men. When asked if he had been to Goodwill and exposed to two females, he reportedly admitted that he had.

Police were also able to review video of the incident.

Hopkins was arrested and charged with first-degree indecent exposure, first offense, a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail.
