Pike man faces third trip to prison

PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County man who pleaded guilty to a cocaine distribution conspiracy could be headed to prison for a third time.

Arnold Wolford, 55, of Phelps, was convicted in 2016 and sentenced to 37 months in prison. In 2019, he was sent back to prison for nine months, after his probation officer complained of him using alcohol and violating the law.

Now, he could be looking at a third stint in prison, after his probation officer accused him of violating the law and using meth.

Wolford is currently being held in the Pike County Detention Center.
He will appear in court on Friday.
