Pike woman arrested on 2019 Floyd indictment

PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County woman has been arrested more than three years after she was indicted on drug trafficking charges in Floyd County.

Karri Alley, 35, of Pikeville, was a passenger in a car that was pulled over for traffic violations Monday night. After getting her identity, police discovered there was a warrant for her arrest based on an indictment handed down in December of 2019.



In that indictment, Alley was charged with two counts of meth trafficking, two counts of opiates trafficking, engaging in organized crime, and persistent felony offender.

She also earned a new misdemeanor charge of drug possession after pills were found in her purse after her arrest.

Alley is currently being held in the Pike County Detention Center.
