PIPPA PASSES, Ky. — Kentucky State Police is asking the public to be on the lookout for a woman who went missing in Knott County.

Kelly Hampe, 29, of Frankfort, was last seen when she walked away from a treatment facility in Pippa Passes.

She is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 140 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes.
