‘Presidential’ Trespassing

Martin County, KY — A complaint of a woman trespassing on private property resulted in the President of the United States being mentioned. According to the arrest citation, Martin County Sheriff Deputies responded to the complaint in the Tomahawk community. Deputies found 36-year-old Brittany Williamson of Tomahawk on the property. The owners of the property had requested Williamson to leave but she refused. When Deputies talked with Williamson, she told them that quote “Donald Trump was coming to get her.” Williamson failed a series of field sobriety tests and was clearly under the influence. Williamson told deputies she had taken suboxone. Williamson was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance and criminal trespassing and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
