WINCHESTER, Ky. –  A Prestonsburg Cardiologist was arrested Wednesday night for DUI near Winchester following a crash on I-64.  According to the arrest citation, 37 year old Michael Seawell was involved in an in injury crash near mile marker 90 on I-64 around 11:30 pm Wednesday night. Deputies with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office say Seawell was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech and smelled strongly of alcohol.  Seawell was arrested and lodged in the Clark County Detention Center.
