Speeding ticket leads to discovery of meth, heroin, fentanyl and pills

PAINTSVILLE, Ky. — A heavy foot on the accelerator while driving through Johnson County resulted in a Harrodsburg man being taken to jail for drug trafficking.

A deputy clocked Aristotle White, 49, doing 67 in a 55 mph zone and pulled him over. A K-9 unit then alerted on the car, resulting in the discovery of meth, heroin, fentanyl and pills, along with paraphernalia and two guns.

White was charged with four counts of drug trafficking and felon in possession of a firearm, along with the traffic violations.
