PIKEVILLE, Ky. — The Pike County Airport is getting a boost from the Federal Aviation Administration, through grant aimed at making upgrades.

The airport is receiving a grant of $97,905 from the Airport Improvement Program. The money will be used to make improvements to a hangar at the airport.

The grant was announced by Congressman Hal Rogers and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.
