JACKSON, Ky. — It may have been Labor Day weekend, but the Breathitt County Sheriff’s Office wasn’t taking a holiday.
On Saturday, the department announced the culmination of a two-month investigation into the trafficking of the deadly combination of heroin and fentanyl.
On Wednesday, deputies got word of a vehicle transporting the drugs and made a stop. Arrested were Joshua Bouchard, 38, and Paul Collins, 40, both of Breathitt County.
On Friday, deputies got word of another vehicle transporting drugs, stopped it and arrested Bradford Thomas, 44, of Beattyville.
All three men face multiple counts of drug trafficking charges.
