Martin, KY — A traffic stop in the City of Martin led to a Floyd County woman being arrested. According to the Martin City Police, officers stopped a vehicle near Wet Willies Car Wash and after an investigation, Officers arrested 36-year-old Margaritta L. Boyd of Banner and charged her with Possession Controlled Substance, Meth. Officers also discovered Boyd had two active warrants for her arrest from the Floyd County District Court. Those charges included failure to surrender revoked drivers license, numerous probation violations and operating motor vehicle under the influence. Boyd was lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
